The Town has deemed applications complete for a Zoning By-law Amendment Application (Z4/25), and a Draft Plan of Subdivision Application (S-A-2025-02). These applications have been submitted by Brian Moss and Associates Ltd., on behalf of 833497 Ontario Inc., to facilitate a residential subdivision consisting of 25 single detached dwellings, 72 street townhouse dwellings townhouse dwellings, a park block, natural heritage system blocks, public roads, and road widening blocks. A total of 97 dwellings are proposed.


The purpose of the Zoning By-law Amendment is to rezone the lands to site-specific residential zones and set site-specific development standards. The purpose of the Draft Plan of Subdivision is to establish the necessary lots, blocks, and public right-of-ways.
