The Town of Ajax is in receipt of an Official Plan Amendment Application OPA22-A1 and a Zoning By-law Amendment Application Z1/22, submitted by Weston Consulting on behalf of Ravenscroft JV Inc., to facilitate the future development of the vacant lands located immediately north of 1575 Ravenscroft Road to permit a residential development comprised of 48 back-to-back stacked townhouse units within 4 blocks, with underground and surface parking.

We invite you to attend the public open house to learn more about this development proposal, identify any concerns, and provide comments. The public open house will be held electronically on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.


How to Participate:

This public open house is being held electronically on the Zoom Webinar platform. To participate, you will need to register in advance. Once registered, a link to the Zoom Webinar will be provided to you by e-mail. For those that are unable to attend, the public open house will be recorded and made available for viewing on this page.
