FAQs
I have some questions. Who should I contact?
Please contact Robert Gruber, robert.gruber@ajax.ca with questions or comments specifically relating to the survey. If you have questions about the Arts & Culture Plan in general, please contact lplant@nordicity.com
Why should I participate?
By completing the survey – and by sharing it widely in your networks – you will be helping to shape arts and culture in Ajax for the next 10 years. This is a great opportunity to have a say in setting priorities for the future.
How will the survey findings be used?
Nordicity, a neutral third party, will analyze the survey results. They will not have access to identifiable information such as your name or email address. The findings will help inform the development of Ajax’s new Arts & Culture Plan.
How is my privacy protected?
All responses will be held strictly confidential by the Town of Ajax. Anonymized findings will be shared with Nordicity, the consulting firm working on the project, to help develop the plan.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this survey, please contact Robert Gruber, robert.gruber@ajax.ca or Louisa Plant at Nordicity, lplant@nordicity.com
How else are you consulting the community about this?
The Town of Ajax is hosting a Community Planning Consultation on Saturday February 11th from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Ajax Community Centre, HMS Ajax Community Hall. The Town and Nordicity are also conducting roundtable discussions with specific participant groups (e.g., artists, members of the arts and culture sector, and equity-priority groups).
Who should complete this survey?
We want to hear from everybody who works, lives, and/or plays in Ajax! Whether you are an artist, a local business owner, or someone who is not yet involved in arts and culture – we want to hear from you.
