The Town of Ajax (Town) is in receipt of the referenced development applications, submitted by 167 Hunt Street Ltd. (Stafford Homes), to permit the development of 111 residential units consisting of 3 and 4 storey street townhouses, public roads and laneways, and a park block on the vacant lands located at the southeast corner of Monarch Avenue and Hunt Street. The property is municipally known as 167 Hunt Street and 225 Monarch Avenue. See attached site location map and submitted plan for more details.
