The Town of Ajax is in receipt of development applications, submitted by 167 Hunt Street Ltd. (Stafford Homes), proposing to develop vacant lands located at the southeast corner of Hunt Street and Monarch Avenue.
The applications propose to develop 111 residential units consisting of 3 and 4 storey townhouses, public roads and laneways, and a park. Townhouses fronting onto Monarch Avenue are proposed as live-work units.
