Consultation has concluded
The Town of Ajax is in receipt of development applications, submitted by Bayley Salem Developments Limited (Fieldgate Homes), proposing to develop vacant lands located between Lord Drive, Bayly Street East, Porte Road and Salem Road South.
The applications propose to develop approximately 200 residential units consisting of 3-storey, dual front, back-to-back, and back-to-back stacked townhouse dwellings, a public road and laneway, private roads, a park block and future development blocks.
The proposed development plan is provided on the reverse side of this notice.
