The Town of Ajax is in receipt of development applications (OPA18-A2, Z6/18, & SP2/20), submitted by Weston Consulting on behalf of 27 Harwood Avenue Inc. (U Developments), proposing to develop 27, 29, and 31 Harwood Avenue South.

The applications propose:

  • 131 residential units;
  • Approximately 317 square metres of ground-floor commercial space fronting Harwood Ave. S.;
  • 2 levels of underground parking; and
  • A laneway along the rear of the subject lands.
