The Town of Ajax is in receipt of development applications, submitted by 2695986 Ontario Inc., proposing the development of a 7-storey apartment building containing seniors’ rental units and affordable rental units for a total of 124 dwelling units. One level of underground parking and ground level parking is proposed to accommodate the development.

The purpose of the Zoning By-law Amendment Application (Z6/20) is to set site-specific development standards and permit additional uses to facilitate the proposed development.

The purpose of the Site Plan Application (SP14/20) is to examine the design and technical aspects of the proposed development.

Virtual Public Open House (March 4, 2021):

We invited the public to attend an open house to learn more about this development proposal, identify any concerns, and to provide comments. The public open house was held electronically on Thursday, March 4, 2021, from 7 to 9 p.m.
