The Town of Ajax is in receipt of development applications, submitted by 2695986 Ontario Inc., proposing the development of a 7-storey apartment building containing seniors’ rental units and affordable rental units for a total of 124 dwelling units. One level of underground parking and ground level parking is proposed to accommodate the development.

The purpose of the Zoning By-law Amendment Application (Z6/20) is to set site-specific development standards and permit additional uses to facilitate the proposed development. The purpose of the Site Plan Application (SP14/20) is to examine the design and technical aspects of the proposed development.

We invite you to attend the public open house to learn more about this development proposal, identify any concerns, and to provide comments. The public open house will be held electronically on Thursday, March 4, 2021 from 7 to 9 p.m. Further details on the proposed development are available on this page.

This public open house is being held electronically on the Zoom Webinar platform. In order to participate, you will need to register in advance. Once registered, a link to the Zoom Webinar will be provided to you by e-mail. Participation is limited to 90 people. For those that are unable to attend, the public open house will be recorded and made available for viewing on this page.
