Ensure that all other parking prohibitions except for no parking in excessive of 3 hours and no parking between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. remain in full effect

During the one-year pilot program:
9474 permits were issued
Over 226,000 hours of permitted on-street parking was allowed through the Occasional-use Parking Permit system
3614 individuals participated in the pilot project
