Notice Of Removal Of Holding (‘H’) Provision

By-law to lift a Holding (‘H’) Provision in the Town’s Zoning By-law 95-2003, as amended, on the lands municipally known as 110 and 114 Kerrison Drive East

On November 18, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Town Hall, located at 65 Harwood Avenue South, Town of Ajax Council will consider the passing of a By-law to lift a Holding (‘H’) Provision in the Town’s Zoning By-law 95-2003, as amended, on the lands municipally known as 110 and 114 Kerrison Drive East. A location map is provided below.

The purpose of this By-law is to remove the Holding (‘H’) Provision from the subject lands, in order to facilitate the development of a self-serve motor vehicle washing establishment and an automatic motor vehicle washing establishment. The proposed development has been reviewed in detail through Site Plan Application SP12/18.

The conditions for the removal of the Holding (‘H’) Provision include:

  • That the applicant submit a Site Plan Application to the Town for approval; and
  • That the applicant enter into a Site Plan/Development Agreement with the Town.

The conditions to remove the Holding (‘H’) Provision on the subject lands are to be satisfied, prior to November 18, 2019.
