The Council of the Town of Ajax, pursuant to Section 270 (1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, and the Town of Ajax By-law No. 27-2011, intends to sell three vacant parcels of land located adjacent to 105 Rossland Road, identified as Parts 8, 10 and 12 of the draft registered plan in the Town of Ajax, Regional Municipality of Durham, to 2613628 Ontario Ltd.

Affected Property

Part of the Road Allowance between Lots 8 and 9 Concession 2 being part of former Harwood Avenue North between Rossland Road and Block 153 Plan 40M1829 in the Town of Ajax, Regional Municipality of Durham.
