Annandale Zoning Amendment Application

Annandale Park Developments Ltd. has submitted a Zoning By-law Amendment application, to rezone a portion of the subject lands from Golf Facility (GF) Zone to Prestige Employment (PE) Zone, and a portion of the subject lands from Golf Facility (GF) Zone to Environmental Protection (EP) Zone. The purpose of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is to bring the subject lands into conformity with the Official Plan designations.

The Town has not received any further Planning Act applications for the subject lands at this time. Any future development would require approval through a Site Plan Application or Draft Plan of Subdivision Application.
