The Town of Ajax is in receipt of Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment applications, submitted by 2613628 Ontario Ltd., to permit the development of 60 back-to-back stacked townhouses within two 3.5-storey buildings at 105 Rossland Road West. The proposal includes one level of underground parking with a vehicular entrance access from Rossland Road West.
